This is the first knife in my “BEAST” knife collection where I went BIG! The “BEAST” Bowie knife has a Bowie knife profile to it with some slight modifications.
The sheath is made from Water Buffalo leather so it is very durable. This was HAND-SEWN down and back both sides with one continuous wax thread.
This knife is made out of 80CrV2 steel is a high carbon, chromium, vanadium steel that is commonly used for making knives, saw blades, and other cutting tools. It is also known as “Swedish Saw Steel”. 80CrV2 steel is tough and has excellent edge retention which you want in any knife!
