DESCRIPTION:
This knife is made from AEB-L Stainless Steel so you don’t have to worry about it rusting like normal carbon steel knives! It has stainless copper pins in the handle and an East Indian Rosewood wood handle.
AEB-L is a stainless steel that was originally developed for making razors. It is known for its high hardness, excellent corrosion resistance, ease of sharpening, and exceptional toughness. It is also known for its combination of toughness, edge stability, and edge strength, as well as being easy to regrind and extremely resistant to corrosion. AEB-L is a very fine grained steel that has been compared to a stainless O-1 or 1095. It is inexpensive, available in a variety of sizes, and easy to grind after heat treating.
